Living Outside of Your Comfort Zone

"If you want to get better at something, you cannot be on auto pilot. In a time of drastic change, it is the learners who inherit the future." - Eric Hoffer

There are two key factors in creating change is focus and consistency. Milton Erickson said, " Change will lead to insight far more often that insight will lead to change."

Without a doubt, we all must challenge ourselves to take action. To not just be okay with the same position that we are in, but rather push and prod at the little habits in our lives and replace them with the new.

We must always be content with what we have, but at the same time never be complacent. I want to encourage the person who is struggling to live their dream as they work day in and out from 9am to 5pm. To let them know that with one step at a time, they can make the right decisions that will lead them to success.

I am confident that the future has an amazing journey ahead of us all. It will only take work to get to where we want to be, motivation to stay true to our goals, and a happy heart to not rush time, but rather happy each season that we live.
