As a food and product photographer, I enjoy the technical aspects of what makes a beautiful photograph. Whether it be through the perfect stream of light that bounces off a champagne glass or the way a blue fabric compliments the scene of freshly baked loaves of bread. I enjoy the collaboration that comes with working with a team and creating new ideas that inspire others.
Growing up in the desert city of Chihuahua, Mexico, I have always been partial to bright colors that can be so enriching in both food and art. I picked up my first camera in those days, not knowing where it would take me. As I continue to push myself, I am proud to see where I started and get excited about growing even more.
Although I started this journey in 2009 by freelancing, earning a Bachelor of Arts, and assisting various photographers, I believe that I have only just started my professional career. I work as an in-house product photographer and color corrector for UncommonGoods in Brooklyn, New York. I continue to learn and craft my skills daily and look forward to the road ahead.
